AI phone assistant

Customer service, minus the wait.

Holdbird gets through the phone menu and waits on hold for you. Your phone rings only when a real person picks up.

You'll need an AI assistant, like Claude, and a North American (+1) mobile number.

An illustration. The company and the wait time are examples.

How it works

  1. 0:00

    You say what you need.

In your own words, to your AI assistant.

  2. 0:10

Holdbird gets through the phone menu.

It dials from its own line, listens, and presses the right key.

  3. 1:10

    It waits on hold.

However long it takes. Get on with your day.

23 minutes you didn’t have to wait.

  4. 24:31

A person picks up. Your phone rings.

Answer, and you’re talking to them.

Say it the way you’d say it.

Once it’s set up, one sentence to your assistant starts a call.
